Our coaching team is carefully curated and brings together leaders who have held senior roles in hospitality, luxury brands, and/or service-led environments and who work from a place of real experience. The team is led by Ursula Connolly, PSB's founder, who has over 35 years' experience working with internationally respected organisations and has been recognised with awards from Personnel Today and World of Learning. Our wider team brings an average of 20 to 30 years’ combined business and coaching experience, with backgrounds spanning Ernst & Young, John Lewis Partnership, Saïd Business School, Soho House, Mandarin Oriental, and international hospitality groups.
