Soho House & Co Leaders Development Programme
PEOPLE, PRODUCT, EFFICIENCY & SERVICE
The objective was to make a greater impact on people, product, efficiency and service by developing the leadership and business skills of Senior Managers and creating an internal talent pool to meet the needs of future expansion.
The programme culminated in the participants working in teams on a business challenge. They had to research and work on a solution for the challenge and present their work. This resulted in business problems being solved through the action of the participants.
