Caroline Doughty has 30 years’ business know-how in complex FTSE 100 retailing businesses and latterly at the Saïd Business School. During her career she has fulfilled a number of senior management positions in leadership and organization development, global human resources and strategic projects. She has experience of designing and facilitating leadership, team and organization development programmes, facilitating and integrating bespoke change processes, and considerable experience as an Executive Coach and Integrative Psychosynthesis Practitioner.

 

Over the last seven years she has coached on a wide variety of programmes at Saïd Business School, including the Oxford Advanced Management and Leadership Programme, Oxford Transitional Leadership, High Performance Leadership, Women Transforming Leadership, the Executive Master in Business Administration, the Master in Business Administration, the Saudi Oxford Advanced Management and Leadership Programme, the Saudi Higher Education sector, the IDFC Leadership as Statesman Programme, and facilitated on a number of custom programmes including the BAE programme. At the Skoll Centre for Social Entrepreneurship she coached on the Riders Executive Leadership Programme, and she has worked on the Green Templeton Coaching Programme for three years.

 

Caroline sees executive coaching as a collaborative, solution-focused, results-orientated and systemic process in which she helps clients with work performance, life experience, and self-directed and personal growth. Her awareness of the ambiguities, complexities and harsh realities of the business world combined with her Integrative Psychosynthesis training enables her to respond systemically, pragmatically and compassionately to the challenges her clients are grappling with. She offers a breadth and depth of knowledge that is highly attuned to their unique context, circumstances and culture and this is reflected in client feedback.

 

Caroline has a BA in Social Policy and Administration, and postgraduate diplomas in Personnel Development and Integrative Psychosynthesis. She is a member of the Association for Coaching and is accredited as Professional Executive Coach. Her work is regulated, insured and supervised to AC and BACP standards. She is qualified to administer and interpret NEO, MVPI, HDS, Primary Colours, Blessing Whites ‘Managing Personal Growth’, Personal Strengths ‘Strength Deployment Inventory’ and Thomas International ‘DISC’.

 

Caroline also runs a private practice in which she offers both coaching and therapeutic counselling to a diverse group of clients on both professional and personal issues.
