We designed and delivered a global Leadership Development Programme for Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group.

OBJECTIVES

 

  • Develop the pipeline of talent required for new hotels

  • Enable more career moves and promotions

  • Continue to see an improvement in colleague job satisfaction and commitment

  • Impact bottom line results

The programme runs over a 12-month period, supported by Leadership Coaching sessions.

RESULTS ACHIEVED TO DATE

  • 350 graduates from the programme

  • 35% of delegates promoted or transferred within 1 year of completing the programme

  • 82% retention of managers within 2 years of completing the programme

  • Increase of Colleague Commitment Survey for those departments that had Move Forward delegates (average increase score +2%)
