Carolyn Gillespie has over 20 years’ experience in learning and development. Having worked predominantly within the hospitality industry, Carolyn brings enthusiasm, positivity and drive to any project.

Working for s companies such as Soho House, Mandarin Oriental and The Bluebird Store, Carolyn is experienced in setting up learning and development functions for new openings, building customer experience and management development programmes, creating on-boarding processes for new starters and delivering training content to a high standard. Content creation is one of her passions as well as sharing her L&D knowledge through Train the Trainer programmes. 

Carolyn has most recently worked within Private Members Clubs, Public Restaurants and Hotels; as well as Spa’s, Gyms and Cinema’s. Carolyn is also an up-and-coming Business Coach and recently developed her own skills set to achieve the Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching at Henley Business School. 

As a coach, Carolyn brings empathy, a sense of calm and her previous experience and knowledge. She is passionate about helping people to grow and develop. Providing support, guidance and knowledge to businesses through coaching and training delivery and in her spare time loves nothing more than spending time with her family, walking her dog or cooking at home.
