Geraldine Wood

Geraldine is a Leadership Coach and Facilitator. She is accredited by the International Coaching Federation, has over a 1,000 hours coaching experience and has coached hundreds of leaders over the last 8 years.  Geraldine works with both teams and individuals.

Geraldine’s experience gives her the skills to do what she does best: bringing out individuals’ key qualities and skills and applying them effectively in their role. She is currently working with leaders in British Gas, Cats Protection, HSBC, Sanofi and Virgin Atlantic Airways.

Geraldine’s coaching assignments focus on helping leaders grow both professionally and personally in their roles and their careers. This includes helping individuals with their leadership style, leadership challenges and demonstrating values based leadership to others.

As a coach Geraldine’s style is non-directive, helping raise her client’s awareness, allowing them to find their own answers and take responsibility for their future choices and action.  With a relaxed, balanced and practical approach, she brings insight, passion and pragmatism into her coaching. By partnering with her clients she enables them to challenge their thinking, gain perspective and optimise their performance.
