A number of people have mentioned to me about how anxious they are feeling at this time. Worried about their elderly parents, caring for their children, future of their job and paying bills. As leaders not only are we caring for our own well-being but also looking out for our teams. Below is an article from the BBC website today about protecting your mental health. Key points:


1. Limit the news and be careful what you read

2. Have breaks from social media and mute things that are triggering

3. Wash your hands but not excessively

4. Stay connected with people

5. Avoid burnout
