Stephanie Wheeler

Stephanie is a Leadership Coach, working with clients on a wide range of topics which often include focusing on building greater self-awareness, identifying strengths and values to support resilience, collaboration, complex decision making and flourishing, leading the way to organisational and personal success.

Stephanie believes that every individual that she works with has enormous potential and she values the partnership which is created with her clients.  She is a highly attentive listener, quick to build rapport, working with humour and empathy and with permission, challenge.  Stephanie is interested in a number of areas including the science of happiness and helping to create collaborative teams.

She greatly enjoys facilitating LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshops for teams to improve the quality and speed of decision making and identify and align their actions with their values. As a former lawyer at Clifford Chance, Pinsent Masons and Sotheby’s, Stephanie has worked with a wide range of UK and international stakeholders and has an understanding of working in high-pressure, commercial environments. 

  

Stephanie has a passion for ongoing learning and development and tailors each session to the individual client in the moment.  As a coach, she has worked with a range of clients including senior directors at Government Agencies looking at areas of personal development and broader organisational issues as well as pro bono clients in the charity and other sectors.   Stephanie is a member of both the International Coaching Federation and the Association of Coaching.  As well as coaching, Stephanie enjoys researching and writing about coaching related topics.
