Patricia Gibson-Howell
Patricia trained at The Academy Drama School after winning ‘The Stage and Television’ scholarship for the full-time course and has worked as a professional actress for well over 20 years.
Patricia is a Business Actor and Facilitator. In recent years Patricia’s expertise in Voice and Impact workshops for large groups and coaching for individuals has been in demand for many clients including the NHS, the BBC, Colour Me Beautiful and the Hay Group.
Patricia is also a skilled voice coach and her clients have included the BBC - training broadcast journalists, DJs and presenters in confident voice & presentation skills.
Other drama-based training work includes workshops on Diversity, Bullying and Harassment, Interview and Selection, Appraisal Training, Health and Safety and Disciplinary Skills. For the NHS Patricia has been involved with training courses covering subjects such as Combating Racism in the Work Place, Conflict Management and Feedback skills.
Over the years Patricia has worked with both the private and public sector companies including Brent Council, Waltham Forest Council, the FCO, the FRC, the FOS, NELFT, The Lansdowne Club, the NLHF, the RVC, Stagecoach and TAQA.
Patricia has experience in training broadcast journalists, DJs and presenters in confident voice and presentation skills.
Patricia works closely with ‘Two’s Theatre Company’ and has run several different workshops, mostly with young adults, covering acting skills such as voice and speech, body language to create presence and overall confidence building.
